Welcome to Tiny House Builders!
We build “Tiny Homes”. They are not unlike “travel trailers”, “mobile homes”, or just camping out, in that they conjure the ideal that we are independent, somewhat mobile, and most of all, self reliant.
Our company is born of the general philosophy that “less is more”; that we should do everything possible to reduce our consumption of natural resources, and to generally limit our imposition on mother earth.
The “Tiny House” phenomenon has exploded! It is our goal to provide some new options to the potential Tiny House dweller with our prefabricated kits.
While we offer both complete building plans as well as completed Tiny Houses; we feel our most valuable offering is what we call the Level Two Kit.
For some people interested in a Tiny House, their lack of construction experience is a significant deterrence in building their own small dwelling, and/or, economic reality does not enable them to attain a completely finished, high quality and unique unit.
Our company’s vision is to make available innovative design and construction techniques to the “Tiny House” movement that will allow the owner/builder to be further innovative and creative in their own unique finished product. It is also our goal to bring an affordable price point to the endeavor.
Step 1 - Pick your model Step 2 - Select your "level" Step 3 - Choose your options What could be easier?
It is our goal to bring maximum “customization” potential to our customers while allowing modularity of design to provide high-value at an attractive cost.
We intend to accomplish these goals by providing three levels of each product/model. Details of these models and levels can be seen on the individual model pages.
Level One is a complete set of building plans instructional narrative, and step by step instructional photos.
Level Two consists of a complete modular building “kit”. It arrives at your door with the completed floor system mounted on it’s own mobile chassis and the building shell in "panelized" form.
Level Three is a complete building shell. So, Let’s get started!
